GETTING HERE & PARKING

To help preserve the environment, we strongly encourage carpooling!

• All vehicle occupants must be wearing a Festival Wristband when entering parking lots.
• No Overnight or RV parking allowed in Day Parking, Preferred Parking or Accessibility (ADA) parking.
• No tailgating.
• No golf carts
• Parking lots Open 12:00pm-2am.
• Free day parking is first come/first serve. Once lots are full, you will be directed to a nearby, off-site, free park & ride location.
• Cars left after 2am will be towed.
• Day Parking is free for attendees.
• Preferred parking is available for purchase in advance while supplies last.
• For Accessibility (ADA) parking info, please visit our Accessibility (ADA) page.
• For Companion Camping Parking info visit the Resort page.
• Motorcycles may park in the Accessibility (ADA) lot.
  • Do not park motorcycle in a way that takes up the entire car space

SAVE A HORSE, RIDE A SHUTTLE!

• Round-trip shuttle service between Stagecoach and various local locations throughout the Valley.
• Shuttles are your BEST choice for transportation to and from the Festival.
• Shuttles have dedicated routes to ensure the fastest travel to and from the Festival.
• Shuttles drop off and pick up closest to the Festival Entry. (Shortest walk)
• Shuttles depart for the festival from 1:00pm - 8pm each day.
• Return shuttle service ends 60 minutes after the music ends each night.

• A rideshare stand will operate at Ave. 49 and Monroe St.
• Open Fri-Sun 12pm-3am
• Follow the Yellow Path to and from the festival.
• Shade and phone charging is available while you wait for your ride.
• Expect the highest wait times between 12am-2:30am each night.

Absolutely NO PEDESTRIANS permitted on Monroe St. between Ave. 49 Ave. 52 and on Madison St. between Ave. 50 and Ave. 52.

We operate an on-site Drop-Off area for licensed black car and limo services (Pass Required).

Drop-offs and staging are allowed Fri-Sun 12pm-10pm, staging for pickups is allowed until 11pm. Post 11pm there will be in-bound road closures and are likely to encounter delays.

• Car services wishing to utilize this area must apply for a pass using this form HERE.
• This includes limousines, party buses, SUVs, rogue or non-sanctioned shuttles and all other vehicles making multiple trips to pick up and drop off patrons.
• No commercial vehicles will be given access to the Black Car/Limo Pass 1A Drop Off area without a valid pass.
• No commercial vehicles will be given access to the Preferred Parking Lot, or any other vehicle parking area.
• Any vehicles without this pass must use the public pick up/drop off area at the corner of Madison St. & Ave. 52.
• Passes are for drivers to service pre-booked clients only. Absolutely, no solicitation of rides will be allowed on the festival footprint.
